Raghav Thukral is an internationally trained lawyer, called to the Ontario Bar on October 28, 2024. As a third-generation lawyer, he brings a rich legacy of legal expertise, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LLB) from India. He moved to Canada with a desire to expand his legal horizons, and found his true passion for family law. Raghav is dedicated to guiding families through complex legal challenges, focusing on delivering practical, compassionate, and amicable solutions.

 

Before beginning his legal career in Canada, Raghav gained invaluable experience in India, where he interned at several prominent legal firms, assisting in litigation, mediations and negotiations. In February 2023, he joined Gottlieb Family Law PC as a Legal Assistant, where he built a solid foundation in family law, advocacy, and client relations. In September 2023, Raghav transitioned to the role of Articling Student. He assumed significant responsibilities and worked closely with clients to understand their unique situations, approaching each case with meticulous attention to detail and a client-first attitude.

 

Known for his persuasive negotiation skills and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for his clients, Raghav’s practice is defined by his commitment to fairness and integrity. He is an active member of the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Family Law Association, reflecting his ongoing dedication to professional growth and community engagement.

 

Beyond his professional life, Raghav enjoys traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, gaming, and watching movies.
